Heartland Footwear's Leader DB: the 'over-the-foot' Dielectric Boot has been designed to insulate or isolate workers from energized electrical circuits, apparatus, or conductors if they accidentally come into contact with them, protecting to the levels specified in the ASTM F1117 standard.
