I’ve contacted Heartland several times about exchanging for a larger size, but they refuse to respond.

I sent an email to return for a larger size. i only receive an email with a question to my question. I then called and left several messages but never received a response. It appears I am stuck with boots that are too small.

So far i like them they are comfortable to wear it's been cold the last couple days and haven't had much issue with my feet being uncomfortably cold

Got these for my bootless waders but I've actually been working in them more than anything. We do a lot of groundwork at my job so sometimes work boots just don't cut it and these have been great. Made extremely well and feel great on my feet. I normally wear a size 10.5 but I ordered a size 10 in these and they fit great. The soles are very similar to Ariat vibrams but actually softer in the heel. Easy to put on and easy to clean. I'm not exaggerating when I say, i genuinely love these boots. Very good value and will save your work boots from those muddy days. Nothing worse than having to leave your work boots outside because they are covered in mud and waking up to freezing temps and steel toes are freezing cold for the rude to work. Highly recommend these.

This woman is very pleased with these boots. They look cute and they are so comfy. I never was able to find waterproof boots to fit these calves. I don't need the jaws of life to remove them either. There is a lip like construction on the back of the boots that allows me to step out of them while applying just a little pressure to that lip with my other foot. It took me a minute to figure out what it was or its purpose but I took a guess and it met my needs. There is no break in time, no tightness around my calves and I can put them on and take them off standing up and without tugging both ends with both hands while bent over. I wear 10 or 11 in boots so I went with the 9 wide and the fit is perfection and utter comfort. I totally recommend them for women or men.
