Additionally, we are leading the charge to incorporating biodegradable content in all of our output. By integrating recycled thermosets into our insoles, we are not just creating comfort for our customers; we are also reducing our environmental impact.

We engage our suppliers in our environmental initiatives, requiring them to adopt practices that reduce their carbon footprint. Partnering with our suppliers pushes the Heartland drive for best sustainability practices to our network of suppliers, and by default to our industry. We have adopted power reduction solutions by investing in the capital, equipment, and fixtures; as well as the processes we utilize to make our products.
